Staged in Trivandrum and later performed across national retrospectives, this landmark production merged indigenous ritual metrics with Kavalam’s radical musical grammar. Appunni Sasi delivered a legendary 42-minute unbroken gestural monologue invoking the ancestral land-dispossessions of northern Kerala.
